These terms apply to your use of raycallister.com and to your purchase of Never Left on Read Again ("the e-book"). By buying, you agree to them.
1. The product
The e-book is a digital PDF file. Nothing is shipped. After payment, you receive a download link by email. The price is shown on the sales page and is a one-time payment, with no subscription.
2. Your license
You may download the e-book and read it on your own devices for personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or publish it, in whole or in part. Each copy is marked with the buyer's email address.
3. Refunds
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy.
4. No guarantee of results
The e-book offers general advice about communication and dating. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Results depend on each person, and we do not promise any specific outcome.
5. Respect
The method in the e-book is based on honest and respectful communication. Never use it to pressure, deceive or harass anyone. "No" is always a complete answer.
6. Age
You must be at least 18 years old to buy the e-book.
7. Pen name and images
"Ray Callister" is a pen name. Stories in the e-book are composites. Images on this site are illustrative.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. The charge appears on your statement as RAYCALLISTER.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the e-book is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. The terms in force on the date of your purchase apply to that purchase.
