- When you buy: your name, email address and country. Stripe collects your payment details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you join our email list: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
- When you visit the site: basic, anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, country), collected by our hosting provider.
Why we use it
- To deliver the e-book you bought and send your download link.
- To answer your questions and process refunds.
- To send tips and offers, only if you joined our email list. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services we need to run the business:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
- Our email delivery provider — to send your download link and emails.
Your copy of the e-book
Each PDF is marked with the buyer's email address to protect against unauthorized sharing.
Discretion
Your purchase is sent only to your email. Nothing is shipped to your home. The charge on your statement appears as RAYCALLISTER.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to remove you from our email list. Write to contact@raycallister.com. We will answer within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. We keep email list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and payment providers may use strictly necessary cookies for security.
